Hi, my name is

Ramadan Raji.

I build data-driven solutions.

I'm a graduate analytics student specializing in machine learning, optimization, and predictive modeling. Currently, I'm focused on solving real-world business problems using data science and prescriptive analytics.

About Me

Back in 2020, I decided to try my hand at building a custom photography site and tumbled headfirst into the rabbit hole of full-stack development. What started as a side project turned into a passion for building solutions—I've since developed websites for local businesses, built design systems, and discovered that I love solving problems at the intersection of code and data.

That journey led me to analytics. Now I combine software engineering with machine learning and optimization to build tools that solve real business problems. Recently, I completed TheraAssign, a full-stack application that reimagines patient and therapy equipment management for rehabilitation hospitals—streamlining patient care while reducing physician documentation time by 40%.

My main focus these days is building data-driven applications that combine analytical models with clean, user-centered interfaces. Whether it's optimizing loan repayment strategies, predicting public health outcomes, or managing hospital operations, I'm engineering solutions that deliver measurable impact using Python, SQL, React, and modern analytics tools.

Here are a few technologies I’ve been working with recently:

  • Python
  • SQL
  • scikit-learn
  • Pandas
  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • AWS
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Git
  • Docker

Where I’ve Worked

Clinical Lab Scientist @ Exact Sciences

November 2023 - Present

  • Automated CLIA-regulated laboratory workflows using Python and Node.js, decreasing manual intervention by 60% and improving efficiency by 25% in tumor DNA/RNA analysis (20K+ genes/sample).
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate Quantitative Allele-specific Real-Time and Signal Amplification methodologies into a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring validated and reliable colorectal cancer assay processes.
  • Optimized HMI interface architecture for patient analysis testing, reducing sample processing time by 50% for over 1,000 daily colorectal cancer assays
